Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Business Development Specialist to join our team in KSA-Riyadh. As a Business Development Specialist in this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare institutions, conducting market research and analysis, developing business cases, performing feasibility analysis, establishing strategic partnerships, managing negotiations and contracts, and monitoring the performance of initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or specialized training in business development or healthcare management would be a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in the Healthcare Sector or a related field, with a proven track record of success in business development and partnership management.
- Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in the Healthcare Sector or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector's dynamics and challenges.
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies, marketing techniques, and brand expansion in the Healthcare Sector. Proven ability to develop effective strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present proposals, engage with key decision-makers, and secure new business opportunities. Ability to articulate the value proposition of the organization and build trust with potential partners.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
- Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
- Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
- Developing client relationships and strengthening Healthcare partnerships.
- Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
- Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
